Book Lower Mill option and the Upper Mill will remain empty and shut off for your whole stay so you can relax undisturbed with no other people in the building.

Kitchen with dining area that seats 10

Full cooking facilities are provided for our guests in our small modern kitchen. These include an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and all the pots and pans you could need. Free tea and coffee are provided and cereal is available. If you’d rather eat out, there are cafes and a good selection of local restaurants and pubs. with further choice in Peebles.

The local supermarket is open till late, to buy that late night snack, or something to cook. ( Scroll down for more photos)

Lounge

Large lounge on ground floor. Table at far end.

The comfortable lounge area has enough seating for all of your group to relax and unwind after a hard day’s activity and an additional dining table with 4 chairs, there is also a small desk.

If you’re looking for a night in, there is a TV and board games. Books and maps are available to help you plan your stay.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms – all en suite with basin, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 1 has two twin beds or a double.
Bedroom 2 twin room withtwo single beds.
Bedroom 3 twin room or double set up.

Luxury bed linen is provided.

The duvets provided are singles only.

Luxury towels are provided.

Bike/equipment Storage

We have indoor storage in a dedicated room inside the building so you can fettle your bike/equipment after a day exploring.

There is also a bench , bike repair stand and track pumps and a few simple tools for your use.

There are wall mounted chains and ground anchors to secure your bikes to with your own locks. .

We issue a key to lock the door at night too for additional security.

The bike store also has a security grill on the external window and an alarm.

Bike Wash

We provide hoses and a selection of brushes and equipment to make bike cleaning easy. The hoses and tap is just inside the front door and ready for action all year round.

Drying room

The Bike Store is also a drying room to dry clothing and footwear. A washing machine and tumble drier are available for your use and there is lots of hanging space to put kit on hangers.
